Our learners have a wide array of multi-cultural experiences and diverse backgrounds such as learners with SEN, SEMH and BESD, together with supporting looked after children.

Hindle's School of Excellence Ltd has a major focus on helping individuals to re-engage with education in a small secure learning environment. In addition, we offer sessions in which learners can recognise and integrate with those inside and outside their communities, to establish strong interpersonal relationships, developed social dynamics, with an emphasis on education throughout.

All sessions are structured on the topics linked to the national curriculum for each learner and their chosen career pathway. External exam centres can be advised upon thus leading to recognised qualifications for students requiring additional qualifications or not being in mainstream. Resources include: the Seal Community, IXL Maths and English, Mr Carter Maths and Save my exams and a variety of free resources. We also offer courses via High Speed Training, and the Skills Network.
