Based in Bury, we offer Innovative Tutoring in English, Maths, Sciences, Social Sciences and Humanities.
Our teachers and tutors also work in primary, secondary, further and higher education together with keeping their vocational experience in the employment sector.
Hindle's School of Excellence Ltd provides part time education (up to 18 hours per week) for young people displaying a wide range of complex barriers to education, including those with social, emotional and mental health or special educational needs or who are at risk of exclusion or have been excluded.
We offer Bespoke packages, EOTA's packages and Individual Placement Agreements (IPA's) together with home schooling opportunities. Our learners have a wide array of multi-cultural experiences and diverse backgrounds such as learners with SEN, SEMH and BESD, together with supporting looked after children.
Evening and Weekend Tuition - (face to face or online) Hindle's School of Excellence Ltd offers a variety of qualified teachers with TEFL, Degrees, Masters and/or PhD's. Also tutors who are currently studying degrees in areas such as medicine and pharmacology. We have face to face or online tutorage services for one to one sessions or group booking for up to 12 learners per session.
Firstly, we carry out an initial assessment to provide a starting point to gauge the strengths and areas of development. Then HSOE sessions can incorporate a student led approach. This can be in line with individual school summary scheme of works, mocks and exam assessments.
Hindle's School of Excellence Ltd offer volunteering opportunities and training for our learners to gain valuable skills, qualities and experience to enhance their future opportunities.
We provide summer, Christmas and Easter holiday clubs for the HAF Programme for Bury Council and the Department of Education including inspections and diligence checks.
Hindle's School of Excellence Ltd is also linked to local high schools who allocate placements for year 10 learners to gain experience in the education sector as well as college and university students.
We teach students from the age of 8 and they will have the choices of taught lessons, workshops or one to one sessions which will enable them to gain an all round learning experience, tailor made to suit their individual learning needs. This can vary at different times throughout the curriculum year. Each learner will have an individual and personalised plan kept up to date with their needs, preferences, progression routes, academic ability and regular assessment grades.
In addition, we offer support and study skills aimed to enhance student confidence, attitude to learning and performance. Thus empowering them to excel in their chosen subjects especially around stressful times such as end of term tests, SATS, GCSE’s and A-Level examinations.
For Data Protection we are registered with ICO.
First Aid at Work and Paediatric First Aid and Training completed with St John's Ambulance.
We are registered with the Society for Education and Training.
My Family Coach is a FREE helpful support system for families powered by Team Teach who have made this resource available to parents and carers
